Jerry Miculek's MMB (Miculek Magnetic Buffer) System
There is no question that Jerry Miculek is an extremely popular and high-performing shooter. The pro shooter recently released his patent-pending Miculek Magnetic Buffer system which uses rare-earth magnetic technology to provide the end-user with better muzzle control and to dampen the recoil of the AR-15 platform. The Miculek Magnetic Buffer system is specifically designed for modern sporting rifles and will fit in all carbine buffer tubes as well as rifle buffer tubes with a buffer spacer.
Wheelgun Wednesday: TFB Review Of The S&W 625 JM .45ACP Revolver
In this edition of TFB’s Wheelgun Wednesday, we’ll be reviewing the Smith & Wesson 625 JM in .45 ACP. Some may question why, in the year 2019, would someone want to shoot .45 ACP through a “six-gun” when you could shoot 7 to 13 of them through a semi-auto? Well, it’s kind of like how people use bicycles even though motorcycles exist… because it’s good for you. Okay, so it may not be the subject of a Men’s Health magazine article, but from a historical, entertaining, or perhaps even a defensive sense, it’s good for you. I’ve been wanting to get my hands on the S&W 625 JM for a while, so I was holding back some giddiness when I picked it up from Mr. Guns gun shop and shooting range for the transfer. The S&W 625 JM revolver has its ups and downs, and I’m happy to be able to share my experience with you.

Level III+ Armor Stopping .50 BMG Bullets … Is it Possible?
After a long break, Jerry Miculek resumed creating and publishing videos on his YouTube channel. There is no doubt that most of our readers know who is Jerry Miculek and that the content he creates has an overwhelmingly high level of coolness. In the latest video published on the channel, Jerry tests a Veterans MFG Ultralight Level III+ body armor by shooting a .50 BMG Hornady 750 grain A-Max bullet at that plate. Enjoy the video.
[NRA 2018] An In-Depth Interview with Lena Miculek
After several articles posted on TFB of whom the subject was Lena Miculek, readers began to ask for more information about the up-and-coming shooting star, her pedigree background with parents IPSC Revolver World Champion Jerry Miculek and Handgun Lady Open Champion Kay Clark Miculek, and what she does in her spare time. At NRA 2018, I caught up with Lena for an in-depth look at a day in her life.

Jerry Miculek To Attempt New World Record At SHOT Range Day
With SHOT getting closer and closer the amount of excitement grows as well as the size of my e-mail inbox. Press releases are plentiful, I assure you. That is OK though because this particular press release caught my attention. It appears that good ol’ Jerry is going to be attempting a new world record with a Smith & Wesson M&P 15T. The drill he is shooting is his very own “STL” or Share The Love drill.
3 Profound Gun Truths You Can't Handle
When it comes to shooting firearms we can all be a little boastful at times. Whether its in our shooting prowess, rifle’s superb craftsmanship, or our vivid imaginations. Being a gun store manager, I come across all types of individuals and skill levels. Some people request to buy all the firearms they see in their video games. Others unassumingly believe that machine guns are abundantly available.
Five UNBELIEVABLE Shots!
Gun Review posted up five great examples of marksmanship. Click here to read their article.
The first shot was by a police sniper. According to the narrator, this shot was over 50 yards and the sniper shot the handgun out of the hand of the suspect. Is it just me or does this not seem that amazing? Bolt guns are known to shoot sub MOA all day long. And when you shoot as much as a police sniper, you know your gun and how it groups at varying distances. Heck I know how my CZ Scorpion Evo 3 hits at 7, 15, 25 and 50 yards. It does not group as well as a bolt gun but I know its capability and application for those distances.
Gatling gun AR15, compliments of Jerry Miculek!
Miculek is at it again with his Youtube shenanigans! This time he has enlisted the help of a Gat Crank, from a company called Two Z Precision. The gizmo is only $30, and consists of a series of cranks, bars, and activators that presses an AR15 trigger three times within one rotation. Miculek essentially reviews the piece on his private range with his S&W AR15 in his typical style of candor and humor, but he is very safety conscious, and serves as an excellent role model for this. He shoots several magazines, and a drum magazine with this contraption, both with a suppressor on, and then off. Then he just plays along with “helping the planet” by buying as many sugar filled drinks as possible and blowing them all to bits on his range. The ending of the movie is especially interesting as the camera captures the action of the crank in slow motion footage so you literally see each firing sequence as the crank is turned on the AR.
Mauser DL-44 Blaster of Han Solo
With the upcoming release of Star Wars, fans everywhere are getting back into the momentum of the objects and storyline that the movies are so famous for. Within the firearms world, some people have really been taken to the Mauser Broomhandle carried by Han Solo. Of course, in the actual movies, Solo has a DL-44 paperweight, with all the shooting done by special effects. But that won’t stop Jerry Miculek from putting together a working C-96 Broomhandle and cloning it into the future by adding a scope and a flashhider! In addition, Jerry made a movie introducing it, with an actor dressed up as Darth Vader, representing Colt, and Jerry of course representing Smith & Wesson. The scene they are imitating is from the second original Star Wars movie where Darth Vader is fighting Luke, cuts his arm off, and tells him that he is his father. I just went back and watched the original scene, and Jerry’s is pretty spot on, complete with the target stand he is holding onto. The second half of the clip is a teaser for the upcoming video of a remake of Han Solo’s blaster, a much undignified Mauser C-96!
