It’s no secret that the Glock 19 has been one of, if not the most popular carry pistols of all time. The Glock 19 has been issued to militaries, law enforcement, and security agencies, as well as being a top choice for civilians looking to defend themselves and their loved ones. Owning and carrying a pistol comes with a responsibility to handle it safely, so despite what the movies tell you, stuffing a loaded pistol into your waistband without a holster isn’t going to cut it. You’ll need a safe, sturdy holster to stow that Glock 19 until it’s needed, so today, we’ll show you the best Glock 19 holsters on the market across the varied types of carry methods.

I remember buying my first concealed carry holster more than ten years ago. I was coming off the high of passing my concealed carry class and decided it would be a good time to go shop for holsters. In a departure from their standard appendix and outside waistband holsters, T.REX Arms is now selling a hybrid holster for 4-o’clock carry. Unlike many other hybrid holsters, the  Ironside Hybrid holster fully encloses the trigger guard inside the Kydex shell rather than against the backer material. This design avoids the risk found in other hybrid holsters where the backer material can flex into the trigger guard and cause an accidental discharge when holstering up.

We are very blessed in the times that we live in – and I’m not referring to modern medicine, running water, and Door Dash – rather, if you are a concealed carry advocate there are countless options for actual good quality holsters. There are colors, schemes, designs, accessories, and infinite combinations to fit anybody’s preferences. I personally have a short list of my favorites just like anybody has their favorite X, Y, Z handguns that they like the most, and Bravo Concealment cracks my Top 5 for reliability and affordability. Today, I am going to review the Bravo Concealment LINKed IWB Holster for my tried-n-true, Gucci Glock G17 Gen4 topped off with a Trijicon RMR and a Streamlight TLR-1 HL. This will be the 4th Bravo Concealment holster that I have reviewed on TFB, but let’s see if it is the best, thus far. Let’s dive in!

Slovakian holster maker Falco has unveiled its new CX-85 carbon-fiber Outside-the-Waistband (OWB) holster at this year’s SHOT Show. The new holster, which retails for $599, unfortunately became the target of a theft; leaving the makers with just a photograph to display for the rest of the event. This state-of-the-art holster option is a 100 percent carbon fiber construction, thereby offering a lightweight yet incredibly durable solution for carrying handguns. The optional red dot-compatible design adds to its advanced features, however, the high-end construction and features are reflected in its price – it is one of the more expensive options on the market.

At SHOT 2024, Galco Holsters introduced two additions to their product line: the upscale Thunderclap holster series and the Hawkeye IWB holsters. The company showcased these items, intending to cater to different needs and preferences within the market of firearms enthusiasts and concealed carry permit holders.

Galco has shown a bit of German love towards Heckler & Koch with the Galco Triton 3.0 Kydex Strongside/Crossdraw IWB (Inside-the-Waistband) holster now being offered for the H&K VP9 handgun. While the H&K VP9 is a full-size handgun, more and more people – through the use of mindfully crafted holsters – are carrying full-size pistols for everyday carry (EDC) as opposed to small, dainty handguns.

N8 Tactical have introduced their MultiFlex holster for compact and full-sized pistols. N8 Tactical say that the MultiFlex can be adjusted to fit over 275 pistols. If you have ever watched our YouTube channel TFBTV and listened to our Managing Producer, James Reeves, he has probably exclaimed (at least once) how overwhelmingly popular Glocks are across the globe. So, it only seems appropriate that the Galco Concealable 2.0 belt holster expand out its offerings to include more models like the Glock 43X MOS whether you are rockin’ a micro red dot or not.

Months ago I was able to check out the Haley Strategic and Safariland IncogX. The new holster meant for the Glock 19 pistol originally, was always meant to have more fits and today Safariland has announced that the IncogX can now host the SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro. The P365 X-Macro was introduced about a year ago and is the highest capacity evolution of the P365 lineup of micro-compact 9mm pistols. The IncogX is an updated version of the previous iteration of the original Incog IWB holster, with the new holster featuring a new suede outer coating, and an adjustable wedge for improved concealment.

I was assured when I started carrying my guns in an appendix inside the waistband (AIWB) holster, that I would promptly shoot myself in a very important area. Four years later, I am happy to report that I remain completely intact and a moderate proponent of AIWB carry. My current AIWB holster for my GLOCK 45 MOS with RMR and a full-size SureFire X300 Ultra weapon light has been my favorite for more than a year. But today we are going to take a look at the new Safariland INCOGX IWB holster system, a collaboration with Haley Strategic Partners. How does the new Safariland INCOGX stack up? Let’s take a look.
