In a departure from their standard appendix and outside waistband holsters, T.REX Arms is now selling a hybrid holster for 4-o’clock carry. Unlike many other hybrid holsters, the Ironside Hybrid holster fully encloses the trigger guard inside the Kydex shell rather than against the backer material. This design avoids the risk found in other hybrid holsters where the backer material can flex into the trigger guard and cause an accidental discharge when holstering up.

Holsters @ TFB:

The Ironside Hybrid is available for a range of popular handguns including Glock, CZ, Beretta, Springfield, Walther, H&K, FN, Staccato, and others. Versions are also available for handguns with TLR-7, X-300, or TLR-1 HL weapon lights, though T.Rex Arms does note that models with weapon lights will not retain the firearm unless the light is installed. Prices start at $95 for standard color options with an additional charge for some finishes. It is available for order now with a lead time of one to five weeks.
From the manufacturer:
Our T.REX Ironside Hybrid Holster design takes the superior functionality of a Kydex holster and combines it with an incredibly comfortable pad to give folks who want to carry inside-the-waistband at 4 o’clock a safe, high-quality holster option. The retention of the full Kydex shell allows you to run a weapon light, and it also means there is no possibility of the holster collapsing and accidentally snagging the trigger when you re-holster. (Both of these are problems other hybrid holsters can have.) And the soft, breathable, water-resistant Alcantara backer stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer, unlike leather and other leather-like materials. Carrying appendix is not for everyone, but carrying a full-sized duty handgun should be for everyone. We hope this holster helps accomplish that.
