Sig Sauer Releases P322-COMP Pistol

There is a new addition to the SIG Sauer P322 family. The new P322-COMP adds a compensator and other competition-oriented upgrades to the standard pistol. It also includes a red dot sight from the factory.

SIG Sauer @ TFB:

The SIG Sauer P322 has been quite a hit. Our own Luke C. put 10,000 rounds through one in his review series. Given SIG’s penchant for releasing upgraded, competition models of their handguns, it is little surprise that the P322 would get the same treatment.

There are quite a few upgrades on the P322-COMP apart from the most obvious ones, like the compensator and two-tone slide. SIG also added a cocking lever behind the ROMEOZero Elite red dot for easy slide operation. An extended magazine release is standard for fast mag changes, and the takedown lever has a textured surface for an aggressive thumbs-forward grip. These are features seen on real race guns like the CZ Parrot. One flat and one curved trigger shoe are included to suit shooter preference, and a 25-round magazine comes along with a standard 20-rounder. Keep an eye out for the P322-COMP at your local gun store soon.

From the manufacturer:

Built for the range, the new P322-COMP is designed with a list of features that make the P322 platform even more fun to shoot. This pistol is designed with a barrel-mounted compensator for reduced muzzle rise, slide-mounted racker, 25-round extended magazine for increased capacity, a ROMEOZero ELITE red dot optic for fast target acquisition as well as a sport takedown lever and extended mag release for quicker operation.

Hate to be a downer but this P322 variant has hit peak comp madness. You do not need a comp for .22lr. This is just another gimmick for SiG to extract money from your wallet.

@Eightysix Probably helps work a shot timer that’s setup for centerfire, reducing reshoots in Steel Challenge matches.

    P322 FCU version please.
