NEW Tango-DMR Scopes From SIG Sauer

NEW Tango-DMR Scopes From Sig Sauer

SIG Sauer has two new models of rifle scopes intended for DMR use. The Tango-DMR series comes in at a price point below the Tango 6 line but above the Tango-MSR family. Let’s take a closer look at the features.

    Sig Sauer @ TFB:

First up is the 3-18×44 model. Weighing in at 25.5 ounces and with an MSRP of $1299.99, this model of Tango-DMR lines up with some popular scope options for accuracy-oriented AR-10 and AR-15 builds. The reticle options are MOA- or MRAD-based crosshairs with simple windage and elevation hash marks.

Next up is the big boy, the 5-30×56. It has Christmas tree-style reticles in MOA or MRAD. The 5-30×56 weighs in at 31 ounces and has an MSRP of $1499.99.

Both versions have 34mm main tubes and turrets with 25 MOA/10 MRAD per revolution. The windage turrets are capped rather than exposed, and the elevation turrets are locking designs with zero stops. First focal plane reticles are standard, as would be expected on this type of optic. Magnification throw levers are also included. All models include illuminated reticles.
