Defending the 2nd Amendment in Style – The Bond Arms Bolt PT2A

Derringer pistols are a discrete way of packing heat no matter the occasion. Other than that, derringer-style pistols have also become somewhat of a conversation piece and Bond Arms is featuring their PT2A to show their support for the 2nd Amendment. The pistol will feature a stainless steel barrel, trigger guard, and frame as well as a BAD premium leather driving holster.

Defending the 2nd Amendment in Style – The Bond Arms PT2A

Granbury, TX (May 13, 2021) – Bond Arms designed the “Protect the 2nd Amendment” handgun as a testament to what they believe – every citizen has the right to bear arms. The Bill of Rights enshrined this constitutional right in 1791. Today, however, the 2nd Amendment is under attack! Bond Arms joins the fight to protect the 2A with a distinctive model—the PT2A.

The bold and beautiful PT2A handgun packs a double punch, protecting American gun owners in two ways. First, Bond Arms donates a portion of each PT2A’s sale to organizations fighting for gun owners’ second amendment rights. Secondly, like all Bond Arms’ handguns, Americans can trust their lives to the compact, powerful PT2A for personal protection.

The PT2A inherits the premium features found on all Bond Arms, including stainless-steel barrels and frame, cross-bolt safety, retracting firing pins, spring-loaded cam-lock lever and rebounding hammer – essential elements in a modern derringer.

The Protect the 2nd Amendment has a 4.25″ long barrel providing tighter shot patterns, higher velocities and even more manageable recoil than shorter barrels. The PT2A is customizable, accepting all Bond Arms’ standard interchangeable barrels from 2.5 inches to 6 inches long.

Buying a PT2A leaves no doubt as to where you stand on the 2nd Amendment. Engraved on the flats of the octagonal handgun barrels’ right side are the words “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”; on its left side, “In God We Trust” – both statements Bond Arms’ believes and lives by each day. The model’s name, PT2A, is laser etched on the frame’s side and directly below the fixed rear sight. An ornate, extended rosewood grip, laser engraved with the stars and stripes overlaid with “2nd A” and finished in high gloss, adds character to this unique derringer.

Bond Arms chambers the PT2A in .38SPL/.357MAG or .45LC/.410 Bore. Any of these cartridges are solid choices for self-defense, with the .410 bore option capable of shooting the powerful 3-inch .410 shells stoked with either birdshot or buckshot. The gun’s automatic spent casing extractors expedite reloads.

Carry your pistol in style with its included BAD premium leather driving holster. White stitching accents this custom wet-molded holster, while an embossed “2nd A” mark proudly touts the constitutional right to bear arms.

No matter what, it always seems like the 2nd Amendment is constantly under threat. It is always good to be mindful of our rights and I don’t think there is anything wrong with emblazoning that sentiment on a nice carry piece from time to time.

Price is too high for a firearm that only has two shots. Bond makes fine firearms but they are overpriced imho.

I just want a single barrel 12 gauge, which i would load with Dragons Breath to confuse them.

    POCKET FIREWORK, GO!
