In 2009 Remington will launch the new 12 gauge Model 870 Express Tactical pump action shotgun.

Next year (2009) the Remington R15 will be available with a thumbhole stock made by Bell & Carlson.

Browning will be releasing a line of A-Bolt Target rifles.

Remington, and sibling Bushmaster, have announced a new cartridge designed for the AR-15. The 30 Remington AR is a .30 caliber cartridge the length of a .223, allowing it to be chambered in AR-15s rather than AR-10 style rifles.

Barrett has announced their new bolt action Model 98 Bravo .338 Lapua mag rifle. Barrett has a dedicated website for the rifle but is very light on details.
