Photo Of The Day and over the years we’ve had quite a few images that have been captured just at the right moment. High-shutter speed digital cameras help, but sometimes all you need is a bit of luck. It’s also about being in the right place at the right time, with your camera ready to snap that perfect shot. This image shows a sailor as he shoots a messenger line from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Daniel Inouye (DDG 118) to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) during a replenishment-at-sea. Daniel Inouye is part of Carrier Strike Group Nine and is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
