    Swedish Amphibious Raiders

Welcome to another wonderful Photo Of The Day! It looks like we have some M4A1 URGI among quite a few other units and interesting firearms. Above you see a Green Beret assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and Swedish Amphibious Raiders conduct a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) operation aboard the HOS Dominator at Naval Base San Diego (2023).

Below: Here’s an uncommon sight – a Swedish soldier with an FN SCAR.

Below: An Operator assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), right, gives weapon instruction to a Swedish Amphibious Raider.

VBSS is a maritime operation designed to capture enemy vessels, combat terrorism, piracy and smuggling.
