Photo Of The Day and today we belong somewhere in the sandbox. The images are almost all-white, there’s not much color at all, and I can only assume these U.S. Marines are praying for some clouds to magically appear.

Above: A U.S. Marine with Battalion Landing Team 1/6, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) fires at a target, while conducting a marksmanship range during a Bahrain bilateral training exercise, undisclosed location in the Middle East, Sept. 12, 2023.

The training was completed alongside members of the Royal Bahrain Marine Force to facilitate the exchange of tactics, techniques and procedures between partners. Components of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and 26MEU(SOC) are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations to increase maritime security and stability in the Middle East region.

Shooting weak shoulder, or a lefty? How often do you train shooting with your weak hand or side?
