POTD: The Heckler & Koch Collection – Norwegian Winter Camo Edition
Time for another Photo Of The Day. Sometimes you stumble on interesting pictures that need to be shared, and we got the owner’s permission to do so. Since winter is soon upon us (yes, unfortunately), it might be a good time to paint a gun or two accordingly? This collection of firearms from Heckler & Koch is rather special, even without the Norwegian winter camo. There is a Mark 23 pistol, a H&K MR556, a H&K HK416 clone and a H&K G28 clone in there.

I went with a rare but very accurate article camo theme.Well they are all Finely done.

And the amazing final job to one of my MARK23.
Tomorrow I will be baking the fiber acrylic whites to the holster.All done in cerakoted in the Norwegian Winter Camo (3 deferent shades of white) that the Norwegian Commandos called the Forsvarets Spesialkommando (FSK) have done years ago.

They look totally amazing in person.

Isn't it good, Norwegian wood
You're a soldier. Would you rather have a snow camo gun for the minority of days when snow is on the ground, or a woodland camo gun for the majority of days when it isn't? Because that white is gonna pop a lot more in spring/summer/fall than the woodland will in the snow.
Just get a roll of white tape and apply/remove as needed, Bubba.
