POTD: The LWRCI SABR 20”

    LWRCI SABR

The hungriest beast of them all on this blog is our Photo Of The Day. It consumes hundreds of images every month, and it has been doing so for over 8 years. Today we have the SABR, short for Sniper Assaulter Battle Rifle, made by LWRC International.

The SABR features a 20″ barrel, has a piston-driven action which is probably quite hungry for those 7.62mm rounds. It features a side-charging handle so you can keep an eye through the optics easier while charging. You can see the LWRCI REPR MKII-SC with Side-Charge here.

The rifle scope is from Nightforce in a LaRue Tactical mount. Everything is placed on top of a Pelican case.

The current and equivalent model from LWRC is the REPR MKII 7.62 NATO. My current dream gun? I’d say LWRC’s REPR MKII 6.5 Creedmoor Elite is on the list, with an MSRP of $4,763.40.

What’s your favorite rifle from LWCR?
