It seems that moving to Wyoming was the breath of air that stoked the Stag Arms fire. Two new rifles have joined the company’s lineup of Stag-15 AR-patterned rifles. Both available in left- or right-handed configurations, these are the new Stag-15 Covenant rifles chambered in 6mm ARC.

Stag Arms is proud to present to you a new caliber rifle in 6mm ARC. The perfect middle ground between .308 and 5.56, the ARC gives you the biggest bang for your buck. Looking for a hunting round, but don’t want to lug .308 out into the field? 6mm ARC is for you. Looking for something with better ballistics than 5.56? The 6mm ARC is for you. Better ballistics than 5.56, less recoil than .308, yet hits with almost as much power – the Stag 15 Covenant in 6mm ARC is designed to be your overall new go-to.
Stag-15 Covenant 16 ” Rifle
The 16″ variant uses a mid-length gas system, housed under the free-floated Slimline M-LOK handguard. The MPI-inspected M16 bolt-carrier group sports a salt-bath-nitride finish. The furniture is from Magpul and includes a MOE grip and a MOE Fixed Rifle stock. The rifle ships with one 10-round aluminum magazine.

Stag-15 Covenant 18 ” Rifle
There are a few notable differences that can be seen pretty plainly. The 18″ stainless barrel is surrounded by a 16.5″ Slimline handguard. The MOE grip is complemented by the Magpul PRS stock. The oversized trigger guard is aluminum and should make gloved shooting easier. One 10-round magazine comes with the gun and is also aluminum. It uses the same BCG as the 16″ version but uses a rifle-length gas system. Both guns are covered by Stag’s Infinite Shot Barrel Guarantee, meaning they’ll replace your barrel for free if you shoot it out.
