At SHOT Show last year ProMag released their AR-15, AK-47 and AR-10 50 round drum mags. This year they debuted their all new 50 round drum magazine for the Glock. Their new polymer Glock drum mag is compact and light weight and fits all 9mm Glock pistols, it’s also compatible with other firearms that accepts Glock mags such as the Ruger PC9 Carbine, Kel-Tec Sub-2000, etc. The ProMag Glock drum mags have steel feed lip inserts for added durability and no tools are needed to load it.

To load the 50 round Glock drum mag just twist the wheel on front of the mag slightly to release the tension, then just load the rounds in. You could also use the Glock loading tool or an aftermarket loader as well to save your thumbs. The new 50 Round Glock drum mags are made right here in the USA and include a lifetime warranty from Pro Mag. They will have an MSRP of $99.

But wait, there’s more! Along with their Glock drum mags they also released a 50 round drum mag for AR-15s that use 9mm Glock magazines (I saw a lot of those at SHOT Show this year as well). The other drum mag they just released will work with 9mm ARs but the AR specific mag (pictured above and below) fits flush with an AR-15 mag well.

But wait, there’s even more! If Glocks aren’t your thing, Pro Mag also just released a 50 round drum mag for AR-15s that use 9mm Colt style mags. The Colt style 9mm magazine is made out of steel while the drum is still made out of polymer.
