TFB have had several goes at Kalashnikov’s attempts to sell merchandise and expand their brand.

For instance their Kalashnikov Moscow Airport store and their online sales.

Everyone knows that Glock also runs their own lines of accessories, but it was not until I discovered the GLOCK Horse Performance Center (Austria) and their line of products that I was a bit surprised.

I have lost a few shooting buddies recently (they own Glocks too), as they are always “too busy in the weekends helping their daughters with horse riding“. I figured this shop would have everything to make them visit the shooting range more, or at least a random competition, and I wasn’t wrong.

At least if they see their daughters wearing Glock branded clothes all the time, they will at least be thinking about shooting. That would be great, wouldn’t it?

Any respectable company will do this kind of marketing. For sure it generates a nice extra income as well as building the brand – at the customer’s expense!

Ferrari are probably one of the best companies at it. Marketing people are very clever!
