Crimson Trace is continually adding in new models of pistols that are covered by their Laserguard series of red or green lasers. They now have expanded that portfolio to include multiple different yet closely related concealed carry pistols by Ruger. This newest offering will cover the Ruger EC9s, LC9s, LC9 and LC380.

When it comes to a carry pistol, everything about it should be intuitive. Your ability to manipulate the functions, turn the safety on and off (if it has a manual safety), and to confidently place into action any accessories you may deem necessary. If really like or believe in lasers, then Ruger has a new combination that is both intuitive and could possibly tempt your wallet. They have combined their Ruger LC9s with LaserMax’s GripSense laser/light combo for a factory package.

Sturm, Ruger and Company announced a new version of the LC9s: one with a stainless finished slide. The new guns are certainly not revolutionary, but they do offer the consumer another option when selecting a gun for purchase. In times like these – where there is a seeming drop in demand for at least some kinds of firearms – companies are able to focus on broadening consumer choice. It would seem that this LC9s is one such example.

Ruger has released a striker-fired version of their venerable LC9 compact 9mm pistols. The new version of the LC9 is compatible with all previous LC9 accessories and holsters. Ruger promises a “short, light, crisp trigger pull”.
