POTD: Heckler & Koch SFP9 Match Sport
Unusual, is one way to describe our Photo Of The Day. Above we have the Heckler & Koch SFP9 Match Sport, looking like it’s been X-rayed. It’s a 9×19 mm pistol with a 15-round capacity, pre-cocked striker-fired, with a single-action trigger.
Here’s how H&K describe their SFP9:
The SFP9 Match OR is the alpha for the ambitious sport shooter with a penchant for precision and perfection – whether under static or dynamic competition conditions: It’s always a match. The alpha has a light match trigger with 15+4 N. The precisely ground 5.5 inch long barrel and locking piece allow hardly any barrel play, thanks to the supporting O-ring at the end of the barrel. Unintentional shooting outliers are thus a thing of the past. The OR interface of the match pistol offers various MRDS usage options and thus a personally optimised MRDS/pistol combination.

Too bad it's not a SIG because then it could have XRAY sights... Ah... Rim shot.
Of note, the SFP9 match has a light 3ish pound trigger if I convert that correctly, vs standard SFP either 6.5 or about 5pounds for special forces. It also has the mag funnel.
In the USA the comparable VP9 match has the same 5 pound trigger as all other VP9 models, and no mag funnel.
SFP9 match for the win vs VP9 match.
