Schmeisser GmbH is a German firearms manufacturer based in Krefeld, Germany, known for producing a range of firearms and related accessories. The company is named after Hugo Schmeisser, an influential German weapons designer who is famous for his work in firearm development during the 20th century. They are one of four licensed NATO and Bundeswehr small arms suppliers.

Schmeisser ARs are heavier than they need to be.
An interesting rifle. I wish I got their straight pull model with that 60 round magazine.
