Welcome to TFB Weekly Web Deals 43! I hope everyone’s St. Patrick’s Day weekend was not only full of many libations and good conversations, but also plenty of shooting! The Irish certainly had their own influence on the modern firearms culture we see in the world today and in fact, the Irish were some of the first people to document the use of arquebuses by German mercenarians operating in Dublin in the latter half of the 15th century. A more familiar and modern influence from Ireland comes from John Rigby when he founded John Rigby & Co Gunmakers Limited in 1775. Today Rigby makes very high-end hunting rifles and is now under the ownership of the L&O Group, which also owns Blaser, Sauer, and Mauser. Anyway, this has nothing to do with any of the deals that we’ve gathered for you today, but I did want to share this tiny bit of Irish firearms history with you all! FUNDRAISER: PSA AR-15 “BRACE-15” STRIPPED LOWER RECEIVER
Here at Palmetto State Armory, we believe the BATF has clearly overstepped its constitutional authority. The most egregious example of this is the January 31, 2023 pistol brace ruling, and other arbitrary and capricious rules over the years.
The best way to reign in the BATF is through the legal system. Palmetto State Armory is a key member of the Federal Regulatory Accountability Coalition (FRAC).
We are donating time, money, and resources as a member of FRAC to help spearhead a legal challenge to this rule that we have filed in court today (February 9th, 2023). We believe this lawsuit has a very good chance of stopping the ATF’s unconstitutional overreach.
If you would like to contribute and be part of this effort, $10 from the purchase of each BRACE-15 lower will be donated to FRAC in support of this lawsuit.
This litigation is suspected to cost several million dollars and if you are looking for a way to help, purchasing this lower will help fund this effort.
