Luth-AR had a number of new products on display at this year’s SHOT Show. We’ve already looked at their handy Modular Chassis Assembly (or MCA-22) but they also have a number of new accessories for your AR. These included the ambidextrous Wing Grip and the new left-handed ‘Chubby’ grip.

Luth-AR explained that the Wing Grip is designed with shooter ergonomics in mind. It aims to provide a handful with significant palm swells which they say allows the hand to get a consistent and comfortable grip on the weapon. Luth-AR say “the thumb rests and palm swells work together to lock the hand in place shot after shot” and that it “forces the finger into the proper curved position for better trigger control.” The Wing Grips has an MSRP of $28.95

The Chubby Grip, developed by Randy Luth is designed for performance by creating a better interface between the shooter and firearm. Much like the Wing Grip, the Chubby improves comfort and allows for better trigger control. The Chubby is available for $24.95 MSRP.

The perfect accompaniment for your new Wing or Chubby grip would be Luth-AR’s new Widebody handguard for AR-10 pattern .308 rifles. The .308 Widebody handguard is made from a 6061-T6 Aluminum extrusion and has a hard anodized black finish. The rail has a 12 o’clock Picatinny rail and M-LOK slots on the bottom and sides allowing attachments and in general, the handguard feels comfortable in the hand, reminiscent of the classic M16/M16A1 triangular handguards. The 308 Widebody is 15 in long and comes with a Luth-AR barrel nut for installation. MSRP on the .308 Widebody is $104.95.
