Tisas Announces the New 1911 Stingray Carry Pistol

The forged slide that comes with the new 1911 Stingray Carry pistol features fish scale serrations to provide a better grip when manipulating the slide and is also topped with Novak-style 3-dot sights which are properly spaced on the top of the slide so that they don’t snag and will provide the user with a clean draw and sight picture. Other features include a skeletonized trigger, the G-10 Sunburst grips, ambidextrous manual safety, series 70 internals, and flared and lowered ejection port.

The new Tisas 1911 Stingray Carry pistol is available for dealer and distributor sale through the Tisas’ website and customers can find a full list of Tisas dealers here. The Stingray Carry will be sold for an MSRP of $579.95 and will come standard with a cleaning kit, owner’s manual, and waterproof lockable hard case with a fitted cut foam insert.     Looks like the intent is to keep it as smooth as possible at any contact point, its gonna be a pain to keep in check if you are even a bit sweaty.

      @Dead Sirius This. If it's an aluminum frame; hard pass. Nothing but problems with aluminum (and scandium) framed 1911.
      If it's real steel; at this price - definitely a go.
