Foundation Stocks, an Oklahoma-based manufacturer of bolt action rifle stocks and accessories, released a new hunting stock called Dominion. This stock borrows some of the design elements from the company’s competition stocks such as the comb angle that was designed to aid in linear tracking of the rifle during recoil, assisting the shooter in seeing the impact. Why is it called Dominion? This is why:

The Foundation Dominion stock is machined out of a solid piece of composite material and is hand finished. It is a drop-in stock available inletted for one of the following short action barreled actions: RimX, Surgeon 591, Templar V2, Bighorn Origin, Bighorn TL3, Curtis Axiom, Curtis Vector, Defiance Deviant, Defiance Deviant Elite, Impact 737R, Lone Peak Fuzion, Mausingfield, Remington 700, Terminus Apollo, Terminus Zeus, Vudoo V-22. The stock comes with Hawkins M5 bottom metal and can be ordered for both right and left-handed barreled actions. This stock also features an 11.25” Anschutz rail with a slide-in sling stud and another sling stud installed below the buttstock. The Dominion stock ships with a 1″ Pachmayr recoil pad installed and an LOP set at 13.5″. The overall weight of the Foundation Dominion stock is 3lbs 6oz.

The MSRP of Foundation Dominion stock is $1180. The stock comes standard with the Natural finish but for an additional $75, you can order it in Dark, Coyote and Dark Distressed colors. The current lead time is 12 weeks.
