F.A.B. Defense Announces The Glock 17 and Glock 19 Ultimag
Glock 17 and 19 pistols are still extremely popular choices for daily carry duty despite the absolutely vast amount of new options there are currently on the market. F.A.B. Defense specializes in high-quality polymer aftermarket parts for both pistols and rifles and has just announced their latest addition to their product lineup. The new Ultimag from F.A.B. Defense gives Glock 17 and 19 users one additional round of capacity over factory Glock magazines in an affordable package that comes with a few extra pieces to help make the mag more useful over a standard one.

Adding an additional round of capacity is great but the F.A.B. Defense Ultimag adds a few other neat features to the magazine itself to make it more interesting. Each Ultimag will come with both a standard baseplate as well as a “tactical” baseplate that facilitates faster extraction from a magazine pouch and also assists with stripping the magazine. Another feature added to these magazines is a rough texture added to key areas of the magazine body to assist with grip when your hands are sweaty or otherwise wet. A final addition that sets the F.A.B. Defense Ultimag apart from standard Glock magazines is the unique blue follower.
Both the Glock 17 and Glock 19 magazines will each come with their respective tactical and standard baseplates and both magazines are compatible with Glock Generations 1 through 5. What are your thoughts on the other features added to these magazines? Let us know down in the comments!
