Each day a different image from the world of firearms. We call this POTD, short for Photo Of The Day, and it is our daily article series where we go to great lengths trying to find the most interesting pictures out there for you. Today we’re looking straight into the GAU-8 Avenger 30 mm cannon of the A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft. This one belongs to the 122nd Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
