The Glock 45 is a crossover pistol combining a compact slide with a full-size frame. In addition to the unique slide and frame combination, the gun features all the enhancements of the Gen5 model Glocks. The Glock 45 also features a 4.02″ barrel, 17 round standard magazine capacity and weighs in at just a touch over 30 ounces.
The special “Semper Fi” edition of the Glock 45 will feature a small crimson red Cerakote banner on the top of the slide. Within the Cerakote banner the words Semper Fi – the USMC’s motto, and United States Marines will be etched and then selectively 24kt gold plated.
The Semper Fi edition Glock 45 will have one thousand special serial numbers produced from the Glock factory numbered 0001USMC through 1000USMC. For those in magazine restrictive states, 10-round magazine shipments are available.
The goal of Talo with this particular run of special Glock 45 pistols is to raise a donation of $35,000 for the Semper Fi & America’s Fund. The Semper Fi and America’s fund is an A+ rated charity that specializes in supporting the combat wounded, ill, and injured.
The Semper Fi & America’s fund supports those service members by offering bedside financial and caregiver support, transition programs for those adjusting, and an integrative wellness program that even covers the use of specialized equipment for wounded or injured service members.
