Wheelgun Wednesday: Smith & Wesson 19 Carry Comp Review
Thanks for joining us on another TFB Wheelgun Wednesday, where we look at all things relating to revolvers. This week, we’ll take a look at Smith & Wesson’s Model 19 Carry Comp, which, as the catchy name implies, is built for carrying, and it has a compensation port that is designed to bleed off gases upward to keep the muzzle down and the sights on target. I wasn’t sure what to think about this model when it was first released, but a number of wheelgunny readers seemed to take a shine to it, so I was glad Smith & Wesson was able to loan me one to review for you.

MYTH BUSTED! No Reason for .357 Magnum Snubnose Revolvers? NOT SO, Says Luckygunner Test
We’ve all heard that one before, right? “There’s no point to the .357 Magnum in a snubnosed revolver, from a barrel that short you might as well carry a .38.” Well, thanks some some exhaustive testing by Chris Baker and the LuckyGunner Labs team, turns out that’s not really true.
[SHOT 2016] Kimber's New K6S Revolver
Kimber, a love-’em-or-hate-’em company that cut its teeth making custom 1911s and transitioned into the high-end production semi-auto pistol market, expanded its operation with an announcement at the 2016 SHOT Show Industry Day At The Range to include a compact, six-shot .357 Magnum revolver. Kimber’s selling points for the new gun are its higher capacity than others in its class (competing directly with 5-shot .357 revolvers), magnum caliber, and small size.
LG Chris's Guide to Smith .38/.357 Wheelguns
Smith and Wesson is famous for two things: Well-made service revolvers, and mind-boggling model numbers. LuckGunner’s Chris Baker has set out to clarify a small portion of the later. From his article on Smith .38/.357 post-1957 revolver offerings:
