TFB Review: The New Ruger LCP II 22 LR
Just a bit over three years after the introduction of the LCP II, Ruger has decided to release the firearm in the widely available and easy to shoot .22 LR caliber. TFB was lucky enough to get an exclusive look at the LCP II 22 LR for testing and evaluation purposes so today we’ll go over some first impressions as well as some speculation on how well it’ll be received in the packed concealed carry market.
Crimson Trace Offers Laserguard Products for LCP II
Crimson Trace announced the company was now selling a pair of Laserguard products for the Ruger LCP II handgun. The new Laserguards are available with either a red laser or green laser.

With its low price, tiny size and relatively good reliability, the Ruger LCP has become one of the most popular handguns for concealed carry today. However, it is not without its flaws and Sturm, Ruger & Co. released a second version of the pistol, the LCP II, that addressed some of the original gun’s shortcomings.
NEW: Viridian Lasers for Ruger LCP II
Ruger recently announced their new LCP II which has caused significant interest among .380 ACP fans. The original LCP has been a longtime top-seller of Ruger’s and the updated, modern LCP II will likely match its predecessor (if not outdo it). Of course, new pistols require new accessories which is why Viridian has now unveiled their LCP II-compatible lasers and lights.
