McMillan has introduced the M3A rifle, a medium range .308 Win. semi-automatic built upon the Springfield M1A action (The M1A is based on the M14).

Slide Fire Solutions has developed a stock for the AR-15 that facilitates bumpfire shooting. It is reminicint of the ill fated Akins Accelerator that was initially approved by the BATFE but later deemed a full-auto device and banned.

Armalite is once again selling the AR-10(T) Carbine. This .308-chambered gun has been designed to be light and compact for hog hunting. It features a short 16″ stainless steel barrel.

The Blackheart International BHI-15 (S) is nice looking mid-length gas AR-15 carbine. I really like the sleek looking BHI handguard.

Springfield Armory has introduced a new competition ready 1911 called the Range Officer. It is essentially a cheaper version of the Springfield Trophy Match and TRP pistols.

These photos, showing the upcoming 7.62x39mm version of the SIG556, is purportedly straight from SIG Sauer.

What can I say … its pink. I guess if you are into pink guns this is probably pretty cool 😉

Kahr will soon be shipping a California approved version of their P380 pistol. They are claiming it is the only polymer framed ultra-compact that is approved for sale in the state.

Chiappa’s Rhino Revolver is now available in a very attractive brushed electroless nickel finish. Both the aluminum frame and steel cylinder get the nickel treatment.

Sig Sauer has unveiled their newest pistol: the Sig P290. It is significant (excuse the pun) because it is a whole new platform. The first P290 that will be available is chambered in 9mm Luger/Parabellum but I fully expect to see it chambered in other cartridges late next year.

Delta Company Arms’s Custom AR-15 rifles are now available chambered in .300 BLK.

It has taken long enough, but finally the .40 S&W chambered version of the 9mm Ruger SR9 has arrived. Ruger has been shipping the SR40 to dealers during the past week. The one pictured below is being sold on GunBroker.

This week there was an interesting development from Advanced Armament Corp. The company has introduced the .300 AAC BLACKOUT cartridge (otherwise know as the .300 BLK or 7.62x35mm) along with a short-barreled AR-15 upper receiver and suppressor chambered in it.

Keystone Sporting Arms, the makers of the Cricket series of rifles, have introduced the Model 10 bolt action 20 gauge shotgun. It is available with either a rifled or smoothbore barrel. The magazine holds two 2.75″ 20 gauge shells (2+1 capacity). A youth model will be introduced later this year.

Mossberg has started shipping the Mossberg Tactical .22 rifle that I blogged about earlier this year. The MSRP is just $276, which is lower than I thought it would be.
