Limited Edition Daniel Defense Mk18 Pistol in .300 Blackout
To my knowledge, the Mk18 was never made in .300 Blackout. That’s until now, as Custom & Collectable Firearms has announced a limited run of Daniel Defense MK18 pistols configured in a two-tone finish and chambered in .300 Blackout. The series is sold exclusively through CNC Firearms, and distributed via Orion Wholesale. Only 200 units are being produced, each sequentially engraved as part of a collector-focused release.
The Mk18 @ TFB:
This Mk18 variant features a full FDE finish paired with a matching RIS II FDE Picatinny quad rail. Additional furniture includes a B5 Systems Coyote Brown pistol grip and trigger guard, intended to enhance ergonomics and control. In the arranged still life image above, it looks just right to me, but when revealed as in the image below, I’m not so sure about the color.
The pistol is equipped with a 10.3-inch barrel and an SB Tactical SBA5 brace. The combination retains the compact MK18 profile while offering a configuration that should be suited for .300 Blackout use.
Each firearm ships with a Custom & Collectable Firearms challenge coin and a certificate of authenticity signed by the company’s owner. These elements are included to document the limited-edition nature of the 200-gun series. Since it’s a 300 Blackout, I think they should have made 300 of them. I mean, it only sounds logical, doesn’t it?
This special Daniel Defense MK18 Two-Toned .300 Blackout will set you back $2,999.99, and the optic and suppressor will not be included.
At www.cncfirearms.com, there is more information to be found in case you always thought the Mk18 should be chambered in something bigger than a 5.56.
