However, the rifle comes rather well equipped, with a Nightforce NX8 1-8x24mm F1 Riflescope on a Reptilia 30mm AUS Mount for instance. The sling is an Edgar Sherman Designs (ESD) Multicam Tropic Sling. The “suppressor” is no such thing, it’s a HuxWrx Blastphemy blast deflector.

Our Limited Series Tropic Daze rifle takes our best-selling DD4 V7 to the wild side with a Multicam Tropic Green Cerakote basecoat in Daniel’s Rattlecan—only the third-ever iteration of this popular finish—and a highly customizable Edgar Sherman Designs Multicam Tropic Sling. Like the original V7, it’s built around a Cold Hammer Forged 16-inch barrel, but we added a free-float, 15-inch DD4 rail featuring popular M-LOK attachment points that run along seven (7) positions and an uninterrupted 1913 Picatinny Rail on top. An ambidextrous Radian Weapons Raptor LT Charging Handle provides a secure purchase, while a fully ambidextrous lower with a Radian Weapons Talon Ambi Safety Selector makes this rifle easy to operate for both lefties and righties. A Huxwrx Flash Hider and Blastphemy Blast Deflector protect the shooter and bystanders from micro-concussions and overpressure by redirecting escaping gasses forward. To ensure perfect support-hand placement and prevent accidental slips, Tropic Daze comes with an Emissary Development Handbrake Mini, and a 30-round Lancer L5AWM hybrid-design magazine featuring a hardened-steel feed-lip assembly molded into a proprietary polymer body provides smooth, reliable feeding.
