If you’re one of hundreds to thousands of gun owners who are on the Glock bandwagon while rockin’ a micro red dot, Galco sees you and they want to sell you a holster. The Galco Waistband IWB (Inside-the-Waistband) Holster is now available for the Glock G17 with or without a micro red dot.

The Galco Waistband IWB (Inside-the-Waistband) Holster (SKU: WB224RB) also fits the following guns: GLOCK G17 with or without red dot, G22 with or without red dot, G31 with or without red dot

Galco @ TFB:

The Galco Waistband IWB (Inside-the-Waistband) holster has an MSRP of $49 in either their Black or “Natural” leather colorway options. If this piques your interest, you can order one directly from the Galco website. It will ship within 2 weeks of ordering – according to Galco – for Natural leather, and you can expect an immediate shipment for Black. This holster – for the time being – is only being offered in a Right-Hand draw (but that could change in the future). Some other important specs and a word from Galco can be read below:

  • Premium Center Cut Steerhide
  • Retention strap with reinforced thumb break
  • Neutral cant
  • Modern injection-molded nylon J-clip
  • Fits belts up to 1 3/4″
Suggested Thumb-Break Procedure for the Galco Waistband IWB Holster

The Galco Waistband™ IWB offers functionality and economy.

Featuring a reinforced thumb break retention strap, a modern injection-molded nylon J-clip locks the holster onto the belt. The Waistband holster carries the handgun in a vertical orientation, with no cant or angle, so it can be used in the traditional strong side position or in front of the hip (appendix carry). Constructed of premium center cut steerhide, the Waistband fits belts up to 13/4″.

Made for semiautomatic pistols and double-action revolvers, the Waistband is available in right or left hand designs in black or natural finish.

While this is truly a small, in-line addition to Galco’s Waistband™ IWB Holster series, it is nice to see incremental additions like this to create even more options for concealed carry advocates in the shooting community. As always, let us know all of your thoughts in the Comments below about Galco and their Waistband IWB holster. We always appreciate your feedback.
