Keeping up with their tradition of continual updates to their expansive drum magazine catalog, at SHOT Show 2024, ProMag has launched two new drum magazine SKUs for MP5/PTR 9mm and Shadow Systems CP920.

These latest additions come in the form of a 50-round drum for the MP5/PTR 9mm and a 30-round drum for the Shadow Systems CP920. This continues ProMag’s legacy of providing a wide array of options for gun enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Much akin to their previous drums, the focus is on sturdy construction and optimal performance. These drums feature an injection-molded follower, a blue steel tower, and a polymer shell.

Delving into specifics, their magazine body is crafted from a proprietary DuPont Zytel-based polymer, renowned for its robust mechanical properties, low friction, and excellent stability. The magazine follower is injection molded, reiterating the emphasis on strength and longevity. The magazine spring, a vital feature responsible for feeding bullets into the chamber, is formed from heat-treated stainless steel. As for the magazine tower, it is made of blued steel. This coupled with a polymer drum housing, keeps the magazine lightweight yet strong.

True to their patriotic roots, these new drums, like the rest of their products, are entirely made in the USA. This launch is another testament to ProMag’s commitment to delivering superior firearm accessories to their customers.
