At SHOT Show 2024, GYES Defense Industries, a prominent Turkish defense company, has taken the covers off their latest development: the brand new GX-9 pistols. Manufactured nearly wholly within their own facilities, these robust weapons were subjected to rigorous testing and flawlessly discharged 40,000 rounds.

A standout feature of the GX-9 pistols has to do with their composition. As per the GYES spokesperson, the pistol slides are made from a proprietary blend of Swiss steel, ensuring its robustness and reliability. Bearing in mind user control preferences, the slide stop can be adjusted for left, right, or ambidextrous use.

In terms of capacity, the GX-9 series falls in line with similar pistol variants, offering a 15+1 capacity, making it suitable for various defense needs. For those who prefer added precision, these pistols come equipped for easy optics attachment.

GX-9 owners can look forward to a degree of customized aesthetics as the backstraps are designed to be removable. Plus, clients can dictate their preferred color scheme, allowing for a level of personal touch to this professional equipment.

Delving into the specifics, the GX-9 series has a barrel length measuring 4.02 inches, and an overall length of about 6.96 inches. The overall weight of the pistol is approximately 1.5 lbs.
