At long last it’s finally here! Rifle grenades were developed during the First World War to bridge the range gap between hand-thrown grenades and trench mortars and to give infantry more convenient close fire support. In this video, I head out to the range to demonstrate three different rifle grenade systems: -British No.1 Mk.III Short Magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) with Burns 2.5-inch discharger cup (WWI Era) -German Mauser KAR98K with Schiessbecher discharger cup (WWII Era) -French MAS 36/51 with 22mm NATO grenade launching spigot (1950s/60s) Like what I make? On today’s episode of TFB’s Behind The Gun Podcast I have the pleasure of bringing on a new friend of mine, Mr. Print Shoot Repeat. Mr. Shoot, as he is often called, is a purveyor of 3D-printed firearms, and a deftly competent shooter to boot. Today Mr. Shoot and I discuss how he got into firearms in the first place, a bit about what he does exactly on his YouTube channel, his thoughts on the current state of the 3D printing community, and of course, what draws him to that specific community over any other. If you’d like to check out some more of Mr. Shoot’s work, you can find him on Instagram, or on either of his two YouTube channels that focus specifically on 3D-printed firearms, or motorcycles! Please welcome Print Shoot Repeat to the show!
