This, CMMG's Dissent, Brownell's BRN9, R&D Precision PW9, are all contenders and ahead of Angstadt's MDP-9 that until this day, refuses to release an upper only offering. Also, the LRBHO is NOT built in into the upper, you still need a lower with that feature, in fact it is preferred for the feature to remain in the lower for reliability. I still think the Dissent is ahead due to the fact that it features the Radial Delayed Blowback system.
