These guys really seem big and mean.I know nothing about the Czech SWAT Police units but did they have any encounters such Beslan School? In such occasions these units seem as a bunch of overpaid dudes with super expensive toys.It seems to me it is like that everywhere here and there and the USA.

EoTech on an MP7. Not my cup of tea.
Rather running single dot Aimpoint T2: Smaller, lighter, tougher, even with CBRN FAB Stock and no cheek weld the dot acquisition aint to hard, never need a BDC reticle, never need 65 MOA - actually, 65MOA is obscuring the target and making me prone to shoot less precise. Flashlight placement is super odd to me, but okay each his own. The entire TQ/israeli bandage on the shoulder stuff: Well, works only for units not using backpacks. Also, tilting your head is worse. Exp. with Peltor Comtacs: The left side buttons get pushed easily by only the shoulder pads already, with some TQ there its worse. With the entire german army it works fine to put the IFAK into the leg pockets, and everyone knows where to look for. Additional TQs for doorkickers can already be placed at the arm pockets, they dont bother too much. UFPro is actually pretty bad stuff: Synthethic fibre stuff. The Pants are okay, but the shirts are pretty uncomfortable. I only use ArcTerys Cotton, Crye Cotton and FirstSpear Merino Blend Shirts - so theres that. Hardcap kneepads, well why do you pick UFPro with soft kneepads and double up? I guess to each his own again like the Isrealis do too, but I never realized why I should do that. Just use some Crye G3 and adjust the kneepad height (smth you cant with the UFPro...), end of the story. Why is the DBAL mounted so far back? Bugs me. Whats also bugging me: Safariland Holsters with Leg Straps... one of the most umcomfi things possible! Get some TrueNorthConcept MidRide plate - or the Polish version of it, or the CFK version of it, and skip the leg strap! I actually never used legstraps after Blackhawk Droplegs 20years go, and pretty quickly used all kinds of stuff to improvise some MidRide adapter. Even the plastic ones do fine in rigidity, you only need to twist the gun slightly inwards when drawing, which makes a nice training for stealing pistols out of LVL2/3 Holsters (ALS/SLS) ;) There are a couple of things I could talk more about if I would meet them, but I feel they got pretty bad gear and could upgrade a lot. Its not like they would be worse in their job after the upgrades ... but keeping up this typical "its the training not the gear" mentality stops you from purchasing a lot of comfort, enablers, or small efficiency stuffs that safe a second or make working one handed / nolight easier. So keep purchasing the latest stuff and each unit member tries it. Get some Tube PlateCarrier, get some fancy Radio Pouch that can swivel, get the (A)TAK Phone and Juggernaut Case, get some DJI Thermal Drone and Operator with an iPad ... Only by that you keep up with yourself and not drift into routines and gatekeeping/superiority etc. My gear already is quite old now (oldest pieces 10years) and I need to upgrade, and I already would know exactly what I want to buy... But the stuff they use looks like the low budget spectrum (Peltors...) and old. So, go spend some taxpayers money
