    Historically, Combined Resolve exercises have been conducted by the U.S. Army in Germany as part of the Joint Multinational Training Command’s training and exercise program. These exercises involve participation from various NATO and partner nations, aiming to improve joint and combined arms maneuvering, mission command, and multinational integration.
