    Special Projects Division of Meridian Defense Corporation has unveiled the fifth rifle in their 7 Sins series of limited edition custom AKs – the GLUTTONY.     Meridian Defense Corporation GLUTTONY rifle is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and is built with an MDC 14.5″ black nitrided barrel that has a 1:7″ twist rate and is populated with an MDC gas block / front sight block. The muzzle is threaded with the 1/2×28 thread pitch and the rifle comes with an MDC BD2-K Keymo Brake or FH5-K Keymo Flash Hider installed. The furniture of the MDC GLUTTONY rifle consists of an SLR Rifleworks AK ION 9.7″ handguard paired with a railed gas tube and a Magpul SL-S stock with an AR buffer tube threaded into an MDC BTA buffer tube rear trunnion. The GLUTTONY rifle also features a US Palm pistol grip, custom-length Magpul MVG vertical grip, side scope rail, tuned ALG Defense AKT-EL trigger and black Cerakote finish. The rifle comes with four 30-round AC Unity 5.56 AK magazines. A drum mag would probably be a more suitable feeding device for this particular 7 Sins series rifle.

    The MSRP of the Meridian Defense Corporation GLUTTONY rifle is $3,199. The EOTech sight and RS Regulate scope mount shown in the pictures are not included. The GLUTTONY will be available for order on Black Friday. The company will ship these rifles within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
