Get a coffee, or some water, take a break and enjoy a few minutes off whatever you were doing and take a look at U.S. soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. They’re using their M110 semi-automatic sniper systems as part of the zeroing step before the Defender 2022 exercise at Oberlausitz Training Area, Germany. This happened in April 2022.

Defender Europe 22 is a series of U.S. Army Europe and Africa multinational training exercises in Eastern Europe. The exercise demonstrates U.S. Army Europe and Africa’s ability to conduct large-scale ground combat operations across multiple theaters in support of NATO.
