PSA: No, You Did Not Win A Gun From That YouTube Commenter
I like winning. Winning is for winners. I will dunk on an eight-year-old if it means I can go home a winner. But one of the oldest lessons I learned from my father is that there is no free lunch. That means it is almost impossible to have free stuff drop in your lap for doing nothing. So if you watch James’ beautiful face for 12-15 minutes on TFBTV and then decide to write a comment and someone replies that you have been ‘selected as part of the giveaways’. No, you did not win a gun.
It’s a scam. TFB and TFBTV would not ask you to pay $150 for shipping on a prize you have won from us. We also wouldn’t just drop a number in the comments for you to text to claim your prize. James has a process for picking and announcing winners. It is almost as involved as his daily hair routine.
We do ban these accounts, but they just keep making new ones.
TFBTV Patreon and SubscribeStar supporters are eligible for the monthly giveaways and from time to time we will run gear contests here on the blog. That is the only way to win something from us.
Most importantly, please stop emailing me and asking if this is a scam. If you have compliments, flattering remarks, or thoughtful and kind perspectives on our staff, please send me an email.
But you did not win a gun from that YouTube commenter.
Thanks for reading and watching.

I frequently get flagged for spam because I link to sources I'm citing.
Meanwhile, bots post the same comment hundreds of times and the algorithm ignores it.
So what you're saying is that I won?
