EOTech unveiled their new EFLX Mini Reflex Sight and VUDU 1-10×28 FFP scope at SHOT 2022. It’s clear that the company wants to both enhance and expand its current lineup to a broader market. The staff at their booth were incredibly helpful and keen to show me all the new features for these two optics.
EFLX Mini Reflex Sight
The new EFLX Mini Reflex Sight is EOTECH’s first venture into reflex technology optics. Ideal for professional use, hunting, home defense, and more, the EFLX can be used on a variety of platforms. Designed for pistol use, the EFLX base is configured to the Leupold Delta Point Pro™ footprint and will adapt to appropriately milled slides or onto a rear dovetail mounting adapter. The EFLX is also ideal as a 1X solution on rifles with magnified optics. Its durable, heavy duty aluminum housing provides a large, square viewing window, similar in shape to EOTECH’S HWS, that makes the 3 or 6 MOA aiming dot easy and quick to find. A top load, single 2032 battery provides roughly 20,000* hours of run time.

EOTech VUDU 1-10X28 FFP
The new Vudu 1-10x28mm first focal plane rifle scope provides uncompromising targeting from extremely close to long range. The 1-10X offers a robust 34mm, one-piece aircraft aluminum tube and single-piece eyepiece that includes a removable throw-lever for fast changes in magnification. The low profile elevation turret includes a push/pull locking system and a capped windage turret for a secure zero. The illuminated, glass-etched reticle and first focal plane design allows for distance estimation at any magnification and lighting condition.

Me like, but not until Aaron Cowen over at Sage Dynamics has a chance for the ultimate test; before I spent money. The Venom, RMR and Holosun 509T have been very durable and reliable in my monthly IDPA matches. That top-loading battery is appealing. Will wait for the report.
