Welcome to TFB Podcast Roundup 20. This weeks’ selection of podcasts is a bit more disorganized than normal (I usually like to have a theme each week) but because of the fast-approaching holiday season and a lot of recent pseudo-political events happening, everyone is talking politics and here at TFB we absolutely, one hundred percent don’t talk about politics. So this week I’ve gathered a few interesting podcasts I’ve listened to recently including one from CMMG, one from our buddies over at GunMagWarehouse, and of course last week’s homegrown TFB Podcast episode. If you’re looking for something to listen to as you count down the days till Thanksgiving, or just need something to listen to while you’re frying that turkey then it’s time to listen in!

Subjects: Knocking the rust off your firearms
We talked a bit about this in a recent TFB Amazon Deals post featuring products centered around winterizing and rustproofing your firearms. The guys at the Vortex Nation Podcast put together a nice brief episode on how to remove the surface rust from your firearms and get them back into pristine shape.
It’s time to knock the rust off. The elements can be rough on rifles, resulting in surface rust on Ol’ Betsy. Vortex’s own Ryan Muckenhirn gives us his tips to help get your rifle back into shape.

Gun Talk Radio – Steel Target Safety; Discontinued Guns And Ammo; Kyle Rittenhouse Self Defense Case

Length: 38 Minutes
Subjects: Luke and Hop discuss some recently released optics as well as the concept of matching your barrel length to your optics – does it really matter?
Today on the B-Side podcast Hop and Luke talk about a number of issues they’ve run into when it comes to different types of optics. The entire conversation started out with the notion from some of the gun community that your barrel length is inherently tied to a specific type of optic. In this episode, Luke and Hop go over that very concept, as well as a few other trends, issues, and anecdotes they’ve come across when trying out different types of optics such as the Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507k, SIG Sauer TANGO6T, and the new AMERIGLO Haven pistol mounted red dot sight
