I was first turned onto Langdon Tactical back when I purchased my Beretta M9A3 pistol and wanted to start shooting in competitions with it. Langdon Tactical Technology has just introduced their new LTT Match Hammer for the Beretta 92/96/M9 and PX4 pistols. The hammer is intended to reduce the pre-travel of the trigger which is a feature many shooters including myself have been looking to improve on the 92 series pistols.
Langdon Tactical Introduces New LTT Match Hammer
A LITTLE UPGRADE PACKS A BIG DIFFERENCE.
Looking for an edge? LTT is proud to offer the NEW Match Hammer for your Beretta 92/96/M9 and PX4 series DA/SA pistol. While it looks exactly like the standard Elite Hammer, its unique geometry gives you a pre-travel distance of 2mm or less, making it much easier to shoot quickly and accurately.
This item is required to be installed by a gunsmith
In order to make use of the LTT Match Hammer work with your Beretta 92/96/M9 or PX4, you’ll have to first get either a Langdon Tactical optimized performance trigger bar or the Beretta Extreme X Trigger bar. The Match Hammer will not function with a bone stock trigger bar meaning this upgrade will cost you a pretty penny unless you already have an improved trigger bar installed.
The Beretta Match Hammer is a DLC coated gunsmith-fit replacement for your existing 92 or PX4 hammer.
This upgrade reduces pre-travel in single action to less than 2MM of travel – combined with our Optimized Performance Trigger Bar, your single action pull & reset will be short, smooth, and fast!
The Match Hammer MUST be used with either the LTT Optimized Performance Trigger Bar OR the Beretta Extreme S Trigger Bar AND the Match Hammer MUST also be installed either by LTT or another qualified gunsmith.
LTT accepts no liability for any damage or injury that results from failure to follow the above instructions.
The LTT Match Hammer is available now for $45.00 from the Langdon Tactical Technologies website. Not a bad price for a standalone part considering that similar hammers come in at about 80% of that price. So if you’re like me and you’re looking to turn your Beretta DA/SA pistol into a better competition pistol, this hammer might change the game up for you in a good way.
