MT2 Firing Range Services to Donate PPE to Local Law Enforcement

As part of their corporate annual initiative, MT2 is offering local law enforcement extra support during the COVID-19 pandemic. The full press release is below:

Police officers are committed to “protect and serve,” but who is protecting them, especially in times like this dealing with the COVID-19 Crisis?

Many first responder organizations say that their first responders have PPE but are trying to ensure there is enough for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak. Items needed include surgical masks, latex-free nitrile gloves, safety glasses, sanitizing wipes, N-95 masks, medical gowns, goggles, face shields, disposable coveralls, hand sanitizer and booties.

MT2 Firing Range Services is leading the fight nationwide to protect law enforcement officers and other shooters from the hazards of lead poisoning at gun ranges and recently donated PPE to the local Arvada, CO Fire, EMS, Rescue first responders to help the fight against COVID-19.

MT2 sits in a unique position as a donor as their employees use many of the PPE equipment they are donating to Law Enforcement. MT2 is encouraging everyone to help support their local EMS, Fire and Police services by donating any spare PPE  by contacting them first and finding out where such items can be donated.

It is good to see that despite the circumstances we’re facing, more and more companies associated with the firearms industry are stepping up to help out in any way they can.
