TriStar Arms has just announced the arrival of their new Trinity line of over/under shotguns. The TriStar Arms Trinity shotguns boast many options for the end-user looking for a simple and beautiful shotgun. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, TriStar Arms is a primary importer of quality shotguns and handguns.
The company is driven by the same mission that it set out on since its inception – to provide high-performance firearms for hunters, recreational shooters and home defense at a fraction of the price and to deliver fast and friendly service at all times. Every firearm that TriStar Arms imports is rigorously tested throughout each stage of production to ensure that its customers receive a value that can be passed down for generations.
Each of these new Trinity shotguns is crafted from CNC-machined aluminum or steel receivers and hand detailed with old-world craftsmanship. Both the steel and lightweight-aluminum frames come with oil-finished Turkish walnut furniture that has deep checkering details. All models also come with a fiber-optic front sight and five Beretta Mobil chokes. The chokes included are SK, IC, M, IM, and F.
The steel-framed models are available in both 12 and 20 gauge caliber with 3″ chambers. 16 gauge is available as well with 2 3/4″ chambers and pricing starts at $685.00 MSRP. The steel-framed models also feature 24-carat gold inlay.
The Trinity line is supported by TriStar’s exclusive 5-Year warranty specific to the function and operation of all guns offered under the TriStar Arms License. The warranty does not extend to obvious abuse or misuse of the firearm or if the firearm is used for any purpose other than hunting, competition, or sporting situations. Warranty only applies to original purchaser.
LT aluminum-framed models are available in .410 bore, 12 and 20 gauge with 3″ chambers. 28 gauge with 2 3/4″ chambers. MSRP: $685-$700.
Many over-under shotguns that feature this level of detail can often go for several thousand dollars. I am happy to see a company making products available at more competitive pricing for this specific market. Shotguns are often ending up as heirloom firearms regardless of their actual original monetary value but having a firearm that is beautiful, as well as functional, always helps increase the personal value for firearms being passed down from generation to generation.
