Featured Deals of the Week Header

Welcome back to another Deals of the Week post everyone. As always let me know in the comments if you want to see more or less of a specific type of deal.

    S&W M&P40 Police Trade-IN w/ night sights – $279.99

Featured deals of the week 5-10-19

    What the deal is:

I know, I know. Believe me, I can already see the comment by someone who thinks this joke is still funny “lol le 40 Short & Weak amirite XD”. If you’re looking for a top of the line 15+1 double-stack 9mm handgun, this ain’t it chief. If however, you’re looking for a highly affordable 15+1, this might be right up your alley. They are lightly used and come with three 15-round magazines.

    Why it’s a good deal:

As LE trade-ins these will be used guns. However, they show “very light use” according to Palmetto State Armory (the seller) which seems to be backed up by all of the reviews on the website. Also, generally speaking, used M&P40s go for around $300-350, obviously with some variation depending on their condition. Considering the good condition, and the 3 magazines you get, this is a pretty good price. If however, you were willing to pay $20 more, you could get the M&P40 Compact with two 13-round magazines and standard white-dot sights here.

NFA Trust Professional set-up – $44.96 with code springsale

Image Provided by National Gun Trusts

    What the Deal is:

First, go read our wonderful former Editor-in-Chief Tom R’s article on why you should use a lawyer to set up your NFA Gun Trust. Then go read Chris Cheng’s article about his experience using SilencerCo’s online system, which no longer exists. Now that you know the pros, cons, and options, here’s the skinny. The company in question, National Gun Trusts, is well regarded for dipping your toes into the NFA community. An NFA Trust will allow you to make friends and family legal users of NFA items, which is great for people who maybe want to pool their money to get a nice pre-86.

    Why it’s a good deal:

Instead of paying a lawyer somewhere in the realm of $500, you’ll be paying $45. Obviously, this comes at the cost of this not being as good as having a lawyer do all the paperwork for you. This is not legal advice, and I am not a lawyer. That said, I personally have never seen or heard of anyone dissatisfied with NGT’s services.

    MCX .300blk 6″ Barrel SBR – $1350

    What the deal is:

Now that you have your NFA trust from that last deal, it’s time to put some guns on it. Why not start with a gun that’s practically begging to be somebody’s Two-Stamp Tuesday post. With an absolutely petite 6″ threaded barrel, folding buttstock and fold-down sights (because we both know you’re going to put an optic on this), it’s a sweet rifle.

    Why it’s a good deal:

This seller is listing these for well, well below market. The next cheapest one I could find was $1600, and they went up from there. If you’re looking for a compact suppressor host for hog hunting or just quiet shooting (that you can actually put a VFG on), this is it.

25% Off All Community Preparedness First Aid from North American Rescue with code NSTBM2019

    What the deal is:

It’s National Stop the Bleed Month folks, and that’s especially important for those of us with concealed-carry licenses. Anyone who has been to a public range and seen some of the horrifically unsafe practices out there knows you are exponentially more likely to need some way of stopping bleeding than you are to need your carry piece. So with that in mind, take 25% off and make sure you have a first aid kit or three. I carry a small one with me pretty much at all times.
