Remington has taken their 700 Mountain Stainless rifle and now chambered it in 6.5 Creedmoor to the delight of many hunters and shooters alike. The rise to fame that the 6.5 Creedmoor is experiencing is like none other, and Remington wanted to make sure their Model 700 Mountain Stainless got in the game as well.
The Model 700 has as prolific of a history as nearly any firearm you could name and finding the exact iteration to fit your tailored needs can often be the biggest problem. With the Mountain version, you have many of the features you would expect from the 700 series, but also some special attributes as well. Some of the characteristics unique to the 700 Mountain Stainless can be read below as presented by Remington:

The Mountain Stainless has been a staple model for Remington for some time now, but the chambering of the 6.5 Creedmoor is new to the family. Remington went on to further elaborate about this model in the following Press Release statement:
