LaserLyte announced they are now selling a new in-barrel training laser that is an evolutionary step forward from the company’s existing LT line. The new laser, the LT-Premium, has three features/changes when compared to the existing laser.

First, the LT-Premium will fit snub-nose revolvers with barrels as short as 1.875″. This means guns like the Smith & Wesson 642 can now use the laser. Sorry Taurus View (and non-View_ owners…no love for you yet.

Second, the new training laser with have a new on/off switch. Lastly, the unit will have a diameter adjustment method that does not require the use of any tools. This should make it relatively easy to work with guns a varying calibers.

The MSRP is $109.95.

Glad to hear it - I like these trainers (and have several already).

The article author says no adjustment tools are necessary. The video instructs you to use a tool (Allen wrench) to make adjustments.

    • @Budogunner That's for windage/elevation. He said diameter adjustment does not require tools, which is validated by the video.
