Peru licenses the new Galil ACE rifle
The Peruvian Army has signed a "Technology Cooperation Agreement" with IWI that gives them a license to develop, produce and market the new Galil ACE rifle.
Presumably the Peru Army plans on adopting the Galil ACE. Currently they use a mix of small arms which include IWI's Galil and Uzi.
The Galil ACE is the latest direct descendant of the AK-47. It features modern ergonomics, plenty of picatinny rails and is available in a range of calibers.

The Ak design rules. Not only is the entire third world using it, but now most of south america too.
Interesting use of a magwell here
peter- yes it takes AK mag`s .
these would be a great alt. to a ak if it takes ak mags only if they could import them
That’s a standard M4 stock with a cheek pad.

You could get a CAA CBS stock with Picatinny Rail Adjustable Cheek Rest.

Be advise that the CAA Picatinny Rail Adjustable Cheek Rest or any cheek rest riser aren’t a good idea for AR platforms due to the fact that it interfere with the AR charging handle.
That’s a really good choice for a combat rifle.
What kind of stock is that on the Ace? Is that a standard AR-15 style buffer tube that it is attached to? I ask because I like the rise that is built into the stock – something like that on my AK would be Magpul stock ($50) + a riser pad ($20).
