For those of you out there looking to upgrade from your single stage press to a more sophisticated turret or progressive press, this is a setup to take a serious look at. When the discussion of progressive presses comes up, everyone right away jumps to the big Dillons, Hornady and lastly the LoadMaster. Which is fine as they are great presses and do a lot of work. But many will skip over the Dillon SDB. It is my belief that this press is forgotten and does not get the credit it deserves.

Some reloaders prefer to deprime before tumbling and a hand deprimer might be just the ticket. Frankford Arsenal sent us new Platinum Series hand depriming tool to run through its paces. Using the hand deprimer allows you to quickly deprime cases without setting up your press.

Another NASGW show announcement from Hornady is the Lock-N-Load 1911 Auto Primer Tube Filler. The pistol shaped device is a semi-auto method of loading trays of 100 primers into a tube designed for the Lock-N-Load loading press made by Hornady.
